I was really impressed by the service Zak provided. Being able to see the actual flowers that would be delivered for approval was a great touch I haven't seen elsewhere. Of course, no changes were necessary; they were exactly what was asked for.
The delivery process was also excellent, with regular text messages providing delivery time updates and a final message with a photo once delivery was made. Being in another state, this was really appreciated!
