    We’re based in beautiful Mornington, Victoria, delivering flowers across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Yes! Order before 1pm Monday to Saturday and we’ll deliver your flowers the same day
  • What areas do you deliver to?
    We deliver throughout the Mornington Peninsula including Mount Martha, Mount Eliza, Frankston, Dromana, and nearby suburbs.
  • How do I place an order?

  • Can I customise my flower order?
    Of course! My business revolves round creating custom bouquets. Can't find anything to your liking on my website? Simply give me a call and tell me what you have in mind and I’ll design something just for you.
  • What kind of flowers do you use?
    We use fresh, seasonal blooms – and wherever possible, we source from trusted local growers. Zak shops in person so that he can check quality and freshness himself. Only the best will do.
  • Can I add a message to my order?
    Absolutely! Every bouquet includes a complimentary folded card with your personal message. Your message card is gold sealed for privacy and securely attached to your flowers.
  • Will I see my order before it is delivered?
    Yes, all orders are approved by you before they go out for delivery. You will get a photo for approval. Curtesy response time is 20min after which your order will be delivered as approved.
  • Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
    Generally, no – but feel free to ask for special occasions or events. We’ll do our best to help.
  • Do you deliver to Aged care and Hospitals?
    Yes. I developed a range of ECO Vases that are perfect for sending to these places as there is no mess, maintenance or vase that can break. I deliver to all Hospitals and aged care facilities on the Mornington Peninsula and including Peninsula Private. If in doubt, give Zak a call. 0458 988 744
  • What happens if no one is home for delivery?
    I will find a safe place to leave your flowers and notify you and the recipient via text of where I left it - including a picture. In cases where I can not leave flowers, I will call the recipient and make arrangements for delivery or where I can leave their flowers.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay – all processed securely online. We also take payment over the phone via our secure payment portal: Square. We do not store any of your payment details.
  • Do you offer sympathy or funeral flowers?
    Yes, Zak is a funeral specialist and provide a range of arrangements for funerals and memorials, with delivery to homes, chapels or funeral venues. Please give Zak a call and get peace of mind about your flowers during a very difficult time. Zak 0458 988 744
  • Do you do flowers for weddings and events?
    Yes, we specialise in flowers for elopements, engagements, small weddings, corporate events and more. If you are looking for large weddings, I am not your man. Best is to call me and we can see what can be done. 0458 988 744
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, as long as you do it 24 hours before the delivery date, I will cancel your order and refund your money. Same day orders received and cancelled before delivery on the day will receive a refund of 50%. Orders that were delivered can not be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
